Notification on the amendment of the General Business Conditions (GBC) applicable to legal entities

Dear Clients,

 

We inform you that starting with August 2^nd, 2021 B.C. "Victoriabank" S.A. introduces the General Business Conditions applicable to Legal Entities (GBC) in new version, which govern the business relationship between the Bank and the Legal Entity Customers.

GBC are applied to any type of contract concluded between the Client and the Bank and to any aspect that is not expressly regulated in other contracts concluded between the parties.

General Business Conditions applicable to Legal Entities in new version enter into force on:

• August 2^nd, 2021 for new Customers,
• October 2^nd, 2021 for Customers who have initiated business relations with B.C. "Victoriabank" S.A. until August 1, 2021.
