Stopping the Cash by Code service

Dear customers,

We inform you that to achieve the tasks established by the legislation in force, from 15 May 2024, the following functionalities are discontinued:

• Cash-Out by Code
• Cash-In by Code

Generated and unprocessed codes will no longer be valid from 14 May 2024, 16:00.

Generated and unprocessed codes can be cancelled from the VB24 Mobile and VB24 Web application.

We encourage you to use other banking services to deposit or cash out.
