• You can receive transfer online through T2A service
• We invite you to the nearest Victoriabank location  with a valid ID
• Communicate to operator money transfer control number (MTCN - consisting of 10 digits), payer’s name and surname, country of origin, amount and currency of expected transfer
• Receive money and receipt

• We invite you to location where you made transfer with a valid ID
• Present money transfer receipt to operator and mention changes you want to make
• Data that can be changed: beneficiary’s name and surname, country of destination and control question
• Receive receipt attesting change of transfer data
• There is no fee for transfer data changing

• We invite you to location where you made transfer with a valid ID
• Present money transfer receipt to operator and fulfill cancel transfer request
• Receive return receipt and money
• Transfer can only be returned if it has not been released to beneficiary
• Paid fee for sending money is not refundable
