The INTERNSHIP is another way in which Victoriabank – part of the Banca Transilvania Group supports students for their practical training and is the first step in each student's career by choosing the field of interest. This program offers students clearer visions of the chosen field, of how things are from a practical point of view, of applying and deepening theoretical knowledge.
The internship is the first contact with specialists in the field and the opportunity to pursue certain activities but with limited responsibilities and an opportunity to promote the student.
The program takes place part-time or full-time, depending on the curriculum of the educational institution.
